This is an example of what I am faced with on a day to day basis , now you can say that matchmaking is working or that squads help teams win but I call bullocks on that one , squads help that squad win and kills most of the activity on their own team while stomping random players and most of you see this on a daily but the Lord forbid that CCP takes away your crutch from you ... I don't have a link but I do have pics so let me give you a run down :

Gonza Vola something or other I didn't see the name scroll .
Elzo Sous something or other .
Paz-Y-Amo something or other .
Luifs Zam something or other .
Skill of God
Matt Di Ma something or other .
Panzer Pr something or other .
Marcos M something or other .
JCR Snake something or other .
That's two fire teams on the same team , this is suppose to be impossible to happen with the changes to squad numbers . So is this two squads that que'd a Domination match .?. I haven't even finished giving you the rest of the enemy team before I give you the names of my team so you can see how unbalanced " matchmaking " is and how you people that condone the current situation are just dead wrong and typify the problems that this game has by condoning crutches and CCP allowing this like it will help build this game .

So not only did we face TWO fire teams but would it be fair to say that the top four from the list above were in a squad as well ?
Could have been but even if they weren't that just reeks of imbalance when my whole team only has two players from the same corporation and the rest were random players .
I can't give you the names but I could inform you of their corps if you like , I didn't take a great picture as I was so focused on who I was up against , just to show the imbalance of matches .
How can you people justify matches like this where two to three fire teams are placed against random players ?
This is alright to you and garners retention ?
No wonder why this games numbers just won't grow , part of it is CCP and the rest is the community and their fear of balanced and fair matches .
They love their crutches .
Edit : I just left the match because I wasn't going to pad someone else's stats and we were playing like crap for the most part but I didn't expect anything else given the circumstances . I left when it was almost over .

I believe that you people still are not admitting the cause in point to be able to come up with a viable solution .
Even if you forced players to squad , you still will have the same problems because you will be pitting them against people who have been playing together for sometime now , they know each other's tendencies , they know each other's strong and weak points , what their specialized in and the fact that that information , the time played together in coordinated efforts from being ex or current corporation mate , helps in fighting against players that don't have the time , effort put in , knowledge of each other and the ability to put up a coordinated effort not to mention things like mics and such ... it's just no contest and you will not find a shred of balance in pub matches until you can guarantee that if there is one squad on one team , that it would be another on the other or if there are random players on one team , that the other would be comprised of the like and right now , that's not what we have .
I played a match against at least 2 known fire teams with a possible third during this event , while the team I was placed on were random players in a mix , there is not way that one can condone this and say that this isn't one of the causes of lack of retention , that this game has along with it's performance .
I get it , you want to play with your friends and corporate mates , we all get that but the fact of the matter is that this game is suffering from lack of balance along with it's performance , now the balance WE can have a hand in fixing threw suggestions and working together in a concerted effort but if we can't even do that then it's just useless to even talk about the problems that this game has because there is none that's more of a factor as matchmaking and the lack there of .
Pubs shouldn't be PC matches and most of you already know that's the case because either your part of the problem or your suffering in the problem and it just seems like those that are part of the problem , really don't care about balance and helping to relieve this game of some of the issues that WE as a community can address .
You know when your strapped in full OFC / PRO and your facing random players , you know what your doing , you know a lot of these same are MLT suits and their RANDOM players and not coordinated like yourselves , you know but you don't care and come up with every excuse in the book as to why this is right and why CCP shouldn't address this all the while this game dies a slow death but you need to get numbers to prove yourself but let me ask you this , how great are those numbers when your not facing formidable competition .?. how great are those numbers when you have to treat pub matches like PC matches when you same complain about how bad PC matches are right now and the lack there of .?. how great are those numbers when YOU are driving away potential players by these same actions and better yet , how foolish is CCP for allowing this ???
For the most part . it's only those same that get wreaked in PC matches that do this because in a PC match , these are the same that go 5 / 15 , so they strap up the PC gear to play a pub match .
If CCP is as cashed strapped as they claim , the should be trying to optimize this game to the best of their ability and trying to fix what the community complains about to try to build the base of the game and help it to grow if they really cared .
They can fix or create matchmaking but like someone else said , they just don't care to .
If you care so much about this game then rally and help to fix it , spam CCP with solutions and stop being part of the problem .
Forcing players to squad is not the solution and that's just foolish to even propose with the fact of the weight that known corporations and squads have over random players , much less these same random players in a squad , you can't even begin to compare the two but instead of trying to fix this , these same would rather bring their torch to add to the fire instead of trying to put it out .
Either you people are just that dumb or careless to even try to rationalize this like it's something that's NOT a problem and even more to keep condoning it .
It's obvious that most of you just don't care but there are some here that actually do .
